As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to our clients. You will work closely with the 1st level support team to resolve complex technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring our service platform and working with the infrastructure team to address any issues. This role requires exposure to Windows, SQL Server, PowerShell, and AWS. Exposure to JavaScript and C# is a plus. This is a fully remote position.
As an Engagement Coordinator at Enlighten.Net, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers during the implementation of, ensuring the successful customer implementation of our solution. You will be responsible for coordinating multiple customer-facing projects, prioritizing tasks, and collaborating with various teams to meet project goals and customer expectations. This is a fully remote position.
