ENet Tip of the Month – Document Locks/Timeout

When you are making changes to a file or folder in ENet Docs, that resource is locked to prevent other users from attempting to make changes at the same time. When you use the application tools to exit the resource after finishing, the resource is unlocked. If it happens that the lock isn’t released, you can manually release the lock in Application Settings. Locks also expire after a number of minutes specified in the Application Settings.
